Well as of this past monday I started working out and 1400 calorie diet plan
Day 1 ~ 940 calorie total
Day 2 ~ 1180 calorie total
so far I have been under my calorie count each day- I worked out monday night after work did 30 min. on the bike- I plan on going to gym atleast 4 night a week- so I will keep you posted on house I do.
